Days 29-35 (365 days) Spring Break

All week long there was A LOT of playing going on! We read on average 10 books per day and played with almost all of our toys on this spring break week!
Day #29 (Sunday)
My dad helped me lay landscaping fabric and then 60 bags of lava rock down. We only got the front bed and the side of our wrap-around porch done but it was ENOUGH for the day! We are looking at another 60-80 bags to complete the rest of our front and side beds.WHEW!
Our azaleas are blooming & man do I wish that we could go to the azalea festival to see all of them!
Day #30 (Monday)
Grammy and Pappy left at 0500 in the morning. OUCH!
We had a "birthday party" for all of the kids of our play group. (Playground Pals)
Lots of Fun friends and activites!
And lets not forget the first popcicles of the season!
Day #31 (Tuesday)
Bike riding on our new dora bike!
Letting Isaac run around "redneck style" in a diaper and sandals!
Day #32 (Wednesday)
We had our first beach outing. There is Onslow Beach aboard Camp Lejeune that is always fun! Our friend, Nicole, met us out there with her 3 boys.
Day #33 (Thursday)
We had a play date at Sutton's (Kendall's BFF from pre-school) on base MCAS New River. What a blast & I got to take the kids by and show them our old house on base.
In the afternoon, we went to Camp Lejeune to see the Budweiser clydesdale horses. Both kids got a big kick out of them and the dalmation that rode on the back.
Day #34 (Friday)
We spent most of the morning grocery shopping! (And then organizing the pantry....definitely not the most fun day of the week!)
grocery shopping Pictures, Images and Photos
Day #35 (Saturday)
We spent a lot of time outside playing before finishing off the evening with our church service and Sunday school.
