12 weeks and counting

You got it....12 weeks old already!
Kymber is smiling alot, "talking," and even laughing a little bit.
Feeding time at night is still on the rough side but we are hoping to improve that soon!
We started her physical therapy and are hard at work with her daily home exercises.

11 weeks and 1 day

I wanted to get this out yesterday but life just got in the way again!
Sweet Miss Kymber had a doctors appointment on Monday. She is growing well, now 13 lbs 3 oz. I guess one thing that is going right for her!
She was diagnosed with congenital muscular torticollis. Basically an issue with her neck muscles. It is caused by large baby, small mother, or position inutero.....or all 3 of those for Kymber!
It is potentially disfiguring if it goes untreated as well as physically uncomfortable.
The treatment right now is physical therapy along with daily strengthening exercises at home to correct the issues with her neck. We are also going to have to make her look in the opposite direction of her affected side and position her better in the car seat, swing, etc.
Whew! I trust our physical therapist a lot so I am very hopeful!
So sweet girl....in the past few weeks we have dealt with all these issues for you:
Colic
Reflux
Bilateral blocked tear ducts
Cradle cap
Eczema
Torticollis
I pray that your little body gets itself straightened out. We love you so much!
