Beach Family Updates: Baby shower for my friend Melissa

Little information about Me since of course I am the creator and maintainer of this blog (& of course everyone else is doing it so I must too!)
I am a 30 something year old PROUD Marine Wife (Can I get an OOHRAH!?) to a wonderfully sensitive & talented husband. We got our start in Pensacola, FL in 2003.
Our story is a funny one...ask me about it sometime and I might share it! I am an incredibly grateful mommy to 3 beautiful children and 2 angel babies.
I am passionate about being a Christian and an RN even while on a hiatus called motherhood. (In other words, I am currently a SAHM who still claims the title of RN because I worked so hard to get it!)
I also dabble in sewing, photography (I know you couldn't figure that out by my page), scrapbooking, camping, running, & a few other odds and ends.

Baby shower for my friend Melissa

Today I headed to Wilmington, North Carolina, which is about an hour from us for my friend's baby shower. We met Melissa and Eddie a long time ago when we were with HMLA 269. I had a great time visiting with lots of old friends & a break from the kids. (Thanks to Melissa and Maya for watching them for me!)
