2008 Goldsboro Triathlon

As usual, Ben did very well in his triathlon. He completed this sprint in 1 hour and 33 minutes. (1/2 mile swim, 20 mile bike, and 3 mile run)

He placed 2nd in his age group. I guess we will find out what his standing was overall in a few days when they have the results online.
