Where to start today......my appointment with the cardiologist went smoothly. I think I was the first patient of the day so I didn't wait at all. My EKG was normal. I am to be scheduled for an echocardiogram and a holter monitor per the cardiologist. (This is all for a baseline since my problems with Kendall during pregnancy.) I don't think that Ben was happy with my cavalier attitude about answering the docotr's questions but......since I have been having palpitations for the past 12 years it is kind of hard to really take it seriously even though I know that I should!
Kendall has picked up a few more funny phrases....."oh, shoot," "oh cool," "oh shoes." She blessed us with the "oh cool" when we were working in her new big girl room. "Oh shoot" for having to put her socks and shoes on to go outside.
Ben has been steadily working on the shelving unit that he made for the tv and dvd player in Kendall's new room. It is up and almost done minus the finishing touches. We just have to paint the furniture now and the room will be ready for us to transition Kendall into it.
I tired out a new dish tonight. I made pepperoni pizza hamburger pie. It was good but I am not sure if we will make it again. I also made some strawberry cheesecake muffins for breakfast tomorrow.
CONGRATULATIONS John and Jen!! We are so excited for you. She is beautiful & we can't wait to find out her name with her announcement! :-)
Good Luck tomorrow Pa Beach. You will do great on your first day :-)

are you guys planning on finding out the sex of the baby - i have been meaning to ask you.
Yeah we are going to find out. Probably won't be until 2nd week of May with the way Naval works though! Mom, Dad, and Ben are convinced that it is a boy. The guys that Ben has been working with at Cherry Point said that it is a boy with all of the tiredness that I have been having :-) It's all in God's hands so......
