Beach Family Updates: Our 10th wedding anniversary: part one

Little information about Me since of course I am the creator and maintainer of this blog (& of course everyone else is doing it so I must too!)
I am a 30 something year old PROUD Marine Wife (Can I get an OOHRAH!?) to a wonderfully sensitive & talented husband. We got our start in Pensacola, FL in 2003.
Our story is a funny one...ask me about it sometime and I might share it! I am an incredibly grateful mommy to 3 beautiful children and 2 angel babies.
I am passionate about being a Christian and an RN even while on a hiatus called motherhood. (In other words, I am currently a SAHM who still claims the title of RN because I worked so hard to get it!)
I also dabble in sewing, photography (I know you couldn't figure that out by my page), scrapbooking, camping, running, & a few other odds and ends.

Our 10th wedding anniversary: part one

Ben surprised me with a hot air balloon ride (something I've always wanted to do) for our 10th wedding anniversary on December 31st, 2013. It was so very peaceful and just as wonderful as I had expected it would be.

We shared our balloon with another couple who were celebrating 30 years.

Here are my iPhone memories of our adventure....

We capped it off with a Turkish fast food resturant that I would love to go back to! The food was so yummy!!!
