2nd degree white belts

Kendall and Isaac were promoted to 2nd degree whit belts this past week. I am excited for them even though I don't know much about karate! They are starting this session knowing that they are working towards a tournament at the end.

6 weeks old

How is Kenzie 6 weeks old already? The time has truly flown by! She has really started purposefully smiling the last few days. It's been so much fun knowing that she recognizes me and my voice. She is really chunking up nicely!

5 weeks and 2 days....

Kenzie has been starting to smile. I am excited to catch a few little smirks today.

For those of you asking, she has been doing ok at night. A good 4 hours the first shift then not very good after that....

She is starting to grow out of her newborn clothes but not yet filling out her 0-3 months yet. (Welcome to girlhood sweet girl where clothes hardly ever fit right!!)

2 year stats....

Kymber Roo had her 2 year well check today. All I can say is what a little ham and I LOVE the kids pediatrician here!!

Kymber didn't have any vaccinations today. Next month she has to have her second Hep A shot though.....

She took her finger stick like a champ and watched them milk her finger without batting an eye! What a crazy little girl we have. She is very healthy....

Life as a military child

This picture is so sad and sweet at the same time. Kenzie followed in big sister, Kendall's, footsteps by being born while daddy is deployed. 

I hope that our 2 deployment babes remember that daddy would have loved to be there and that he was on the phone listening to them come into this world with absolute joy.
