Isaac with his new helmet. He is so very excited about this one. We have had 2 helmets go missing in the last 2-3 months so hopefully this one will stay put!Last day with hero cow. She did a great job of taking care of him! This girl is the goofiest child that I have ever had the pleasure to call my own!!Except when you try to take her chicken nuggets then watch out....
What a great reminder as I was not so gently awakened at 0330 this morning by Kenzie moving and shifting.I am trying to focus on the wee baby and her little and not so little movement inside of me. It's crazy how fast after you have your baby that you forget what it felt like to share your body with someone else.
So this morning, this is what I am concentrating on instead of the end of pregnancy aches and pains!
Dressing hero cow for the day
How he rolls most days
She really likes Isaac's toys!
Using mom's shoulder massager
Bed head
Off to school on a Minday morning
What Ben affectionately calls "the massive mound of madness." I've only gained 2 lbs since December 26th but she seems to have popped out! See you in 2 weeks and 4 days Kenzie!!
Kymber loves to nap in our bed but I wake her up when I have to move so I don't let her nap here often. Today I told her it was time to come upstairs for night night. She of course beat me upstairs. I was trying to find her and finally looked in my bed. I guess she thought if she was under the covers and blending in with the pillows that I would forget to put her down for naptime!
This crazy girl keeps me on my toes!!
The Armed Services YMCA is having a coloring contest titled "my military family." So proud of the kiddos...it is definitely hard being a military child.
Ben's room for now. Not sure if this will be for the whole stay but for now it's home.Miss this man like crazy even with the mustache!
We are almost done with our daddy wall! I have to get batteries for our clock and work on their daddy picture board. What troopers kids can be huh?!
I have been trying to send Ben pictures every day of everyday life so he can see what everyone is up to. (A picture speaks a thousand words....)So I can try to document for our family, I am posting some of them here....
Kymber loves "driving" the older two to the bus stop
We love playing on the nabi together
Loving her new chapter book
Snuggle time in mommys bed before bedtime
We miss daddy but it is nice to hug our daddy doll
We like to wrestle while waiting for Kendall to get ready in the morning
Waiting for breakfast
Baby sitting operation hero cow for the weekend
Silly hat day for school
Snuggles before nap time
What?!? You talking to me???
Excited for a late night playdate with friends while mommy goes to Bunco
The kids have had 2 weeks of karate. Both seem to enjoy it. I am praying it will help with some deployment aggression and emotions.Trying to keep them in the mind set of it's only for self defense not for use on our siblings!!
Keeping me entertained during karateStretch!!
Fighting stance
I had my 36 week doctors appointment at my 36 week mark on Friday.
Kenzie is measuring right on and they are still estimating her birth weight will be around 7 lbs....the jury is out on that one till she gets here!
As of right now, there is no one scheduled for induction or c-section on February 14th! I am slated to come in between 6-7 a.m. To get the process started!
My Calvary starts arriving February 10th so I am excited to see everyone!
I am anxious to get her here but also a little scared to be responsible for all 4 here!
I am feeling ok but have had some end of pregnancy symptoms that I have never had in previous pregnancies, making me physically very uncomfortable. I am holding onto the fact that we are under 3 weeks to go!!
Pregnancy self portrait
I put together Kenzie's sleep to play contraption. It only took 30 minutes! I am still working on her new swing!
Can you guess the theme for Kendall and Isaac's room? I can't wait to get it finished for them. (On the to finish list before Kenzie gets here!!)
Isaac says, "yay now I am a true fan!"
I finally got Ben's first packages out in the mail yesterday! Wow have things changed. Custom forms, prices, and I think even package sizes! After 4 address changes, I think I finally have the right one. I will be emailing that out soon! Now we wait to see how long they take to get there!
Pretty even though it seems so stark and bare.
A sight for sore eyes!! It feels like it has been so much longer than 10 days!!
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9
