Questions that I would like opinions to.....

Since we are on vacation #3 for the summer, I decided to post this and give y'all a week to post some answers  umm.....opinions on them.

#1. What is(are) the top thing(s) that you can do to improve your house for selling?

#2. For those of you with more than two children....What is your top tip for keeping yourself organized? And/or pros & cons to having more than 2 children?
