3 months old....

Our sweet Kenzie was 3 months old on the 15th. There was so much chaos here due to the fires in Southern California that I forgot to post!

Kenzie sleeps 6-7.5 hours each night for the first shift so I really can't complain! She smiles a lot and has started to giggle & coo. The kids are still infatuated with her and often fight about whose turn it is to hold her!

Oil pulling

I decided what better day than Mother's Day to start something new to take care of myself? I saw several friends post about oil pulling and the more I read about it, the more intrigued I became. I already use coconut oil in my hair so I am using it for the pulling too. I hope that it indeed has as many health benefits as have been reported!

My first baby

My Jordie girl was 13 years old last month. So hard to believe that she has been mine for 13 years this month. She has a heart of gold and is still such a blessing to our not so little family!

Wine of the week

For my fellow peach wine fans.....this one was delicious! It also brought back great memories of summertime on Tracy's back porch with Julie, Tara, and Kel!

I love seeing Ben's everyday life. It's helpful for me to see the sights he sees and the faces of people he works closely with on a daily basis. I can't wait to hear all of his experiences when he gets home!!

Baby sister says....

"Da" according to big sister Kendall. I'm not sure that she is talking yet but I love that her big siblings are so involved with her "firsts!"

First bottle

Kenzie James had her first bottle this evening. She took it like a champ. I guess that she is following in Kendall's footsteps as she could flop back and forth as well!! Love you baby girl. Now mommy and daddy can have a date night!!

Kymber's world

Our 2 year old is acting so grown up. She is doing very well at potty training! All for "daddy kisses." A Hershey kiss out of our kisses from daddy jar. We are stalling at converting to the big girl bed. She got in at nap time but pitched a fit when I tried to leave. We are so proud of you Roo Roo!

Brings me joy so many times a day. Kendall has always been a smiley child. These days her smile is contagious and comes when I need it the most. I'm so grateful for her help and hope that her smile continues on forever.
